Job: Bricklaying Lecturer

Salary: Up to £45,479 per annum.
Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Full Time
Location: North London.

Main Duties:
- Deliver high-quality teaching for the City and Guilds 6705-13, 6705-23, and Level 3 Bricklaying qualifications.
- Plan and deliver both practical and theoretical sessions that meet awarding body requirements and learner needs.
- Assess learners' work in line with City & Guilds standards, providing constructive feedback to support progress.
- Prepare learners for internal and external assessments, ensuring all portfolios and evidence are accurately maintained.
- Track learner progress and maintain accurate records on college systems (e.g. SharePoint, ProMonitor).
- Work closely with the internal verifier and curriculum team to maintain compliance with awarding body expectations.
- Support learners through tutorials, reviews, and one-to-one sessions to ensure timely achievement and progression.
