Job: Engineering Lecturer

Salary: Up to £45,479 per annum.
Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Full Time

The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- To deliver / demonstrate Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical / Electronic) theory to a high standard in line with the college's mission in providing outstanding education.
- To deliver effective Scheme of work, Assessment and lesson plan which are flexible to the students' needs and embed English, Math, functional skills, considering learning styles and individual's needs.
- To contribute to the development of resource materials.
- To prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments as required and to assess students' work in line with departmental and awarding body requirements.
- To keep records, monitor and track students' progress and to keep management Information and statistical data to fulfil the requirements of the College's QA and Information systems and for audit purposes.
- To carry out such duties and responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act and associated legislation as described in the College's Health and Safety policy documents.
