Ready to lead, inspire, and make a lasting difference in young peoples mental health? As a Supervising Practitioner, youll play a pivotal role in improving the emotional wellbeing of children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs within our growing Compass Bloom Service. Working across education settings, youll deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, support the implementation of Whole School Approaches, and build the confidence of school staff through consultation, training and strategic collaboration. At the same time, youll provide clinical supervision and guidance to Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) and trainees, helping to nurture their development while ensuring safe, effective practice. Youll be central to our efforts to raise standards, strengthen clinical governance, and create an environment where reflective practice thrives. With your expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and your passion for system-wide impact, youll work closely with a skilled, values-led team committed to early intervention and collaborative care.
