What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial leadership experience in a school setting.
- A proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils, ideally in a SEND or SEMH environment.

- A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to inspire and lead others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic school setting.

- Ongoing professional development and leadership training opportunities.
- A collaborative working culture with a highly skilled and supportive team.
- A rewarding role where you can make a tangible impact every single day.
