Job Advert: Junior Line Leader
Location: Bridlington Area (YO15)
Shift: Afternoon Shift – Monday to Friday, 1:45pm to 10:00pm
Pay: £13.84 per hour*
Contract: Temp to Perm (Weekly Pay, PAYE)

Are you looking to build a long-term career in the food industry? We’re recruiting for a Junior Line Leader to join a well-established food production company in the Bridlington area (YO15).
This is a great opportunity to start as a Junior Line Leader, with full training and support to progress into a Line Leader position.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Support and work as part of a team on the production line
⦁ Operate machinery and handle food products safely and efficiently
⦁ Maintain high food safety and quality standards
⦁ Train and develop into a full Line Leader role

Requirements:
⦁ Minimum 1 year’s experience in a food-related role (non-meat/fish)
⦁ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

What We Offer:
⦁ £13.84 per hour (£12.77 base + £8 daily shift allowance)
⦁ Weekly pay via PAYE
⦁ Pay rise due in April
⦁ Temp to perm opportunity
⦁ Stable afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday
