Are you an experienced fabricator with strong MIG and TIG welding skills? We’re seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Fabricator to join our well-equipped and professional workshop in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity to work on bespoke and complex fabrication projects in a clean, modern environment.

    ️ Role Overview:

    As a MIG/TIG Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, assembling components, and welding across a range of materials. You’ll work independently to produce high-quality work while maintaining safety and cleanliness in your work area.

    ✅ Key Responsibilities:

    • Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files


    • Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welds


    • Work with materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and Zintec


    • Assemble components using jigs and fixtures


    • Self-check welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance


    • Maintain good housekeeping and follow Health & Safety procedures


    • Support continuous improvement and meet production targets


      What We’re Looking For:

      • Minimum 5 years’ fabrication/welding experience


      • Skilled in both MIG and TIG welding


      • Able to work with complex fabrications and varied material types


      • Confident reading drawings and technical instructions


      • Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, precise work


      • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious


        Desirable (Not Essential):

        • Welding certifications or vocational training


        • Familiarity with ISO standards or lean principles


        • Forklift or crane licence (training available)
