Location: Cannock
Pay Rate: £12.40 - £13.50 per hour
Hours:

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM


  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Supervise weekend team and operations


      • Open/close the centre (key holder duties)


      • Prepare food, drinks, and manage kitchen cleanliness


      • Ensure parties run smoothly and on time


      • Handle bookings, customer enquiries, and any on-site issues


      • Cash handling and daily paperwork


      • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and staff training


      • Follow health & safety and allergen procedures


        ✅ Requirements:

        • Must be 18 or over


        • Previous customer service and/or kitchen experience


        • Confident, professional, and organised


        • Able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure


        • Knowledge of food hygiene & health and safety is a plus
