Morgan Hunt are recruiting a time served Joiner to work with a housing association in the East End of Glasgow, this is initially a temp role, but could become permanent for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance within tenanted and void properties
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Respond promptly to repair requests and maintain clear communication with tenants and the maintenance team
- Assist with other general maintenance duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar joinery/maintenance role
- Relevant qualifications in Joinery (e.g., SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence, van issued buy the client.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
35 hours per week £25.65ph
