Summary
I am a 27 year old man and live a home currently with my parents i have a diagnosis of Cerebellar ataxia. I require someone for 8 hours per week and am flexible around times etc to support me to access the local community, appointments, perhaps shopping and possibly further afield to enjoy days out.
