An After-school Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Walthamstow, London to assist them in taking care of their three school-aged children. An ideal candidate will be someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children and encouraging fun, creativity and social development. This is a shared care role, working alongside the mum who primarily works from home while running her own business. Someone with a real passion for preparing healthy, nutritious and delicious meals, beyond simply heating food, would be a bonus for this position. The family has a dog at home so someone pet-friendly is ideal but is not a must.
Someone who could speak the Italian language is ideal however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm, approximately 20 hours per week
Duties include:
Picking up children from school and accompanying them to clubs or home
Helping with and supervising homework to support learning
Preparing healthy and nutritious meals for the children and the family
Clearing up after meals and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
Ensuring children's areas are kept clean, neat, and tidy
Engaging the children in fun and stimulating activities, including fitness, mindfulness, and outdoor play at the park
Creating varied and interesting meal plans tailored to the children’s preferences
Carrying out light housekeeping duties related to the children
The family is seeking someone who can start immediately.
