We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our educational client. In this role, you will provide essential reprographic support to both teaching and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality and timely production of printed materials.
**To start end June/early July**
Candidate Responsibilities:
• Accurately copy and scan teaching materials and examination papers, ensuring high standards and cost-effective production.
• Prepare printed materials in accordance with SEND requirements (e.g. use of coloured paper, appropriate font types and sizes, Google Slides handouts).
• Support admin staff by producing letters, documents, and publicity materials.
• Maintain all reprographic equipment ensuring they are clean and in functional condition; coordinate with service contractors for maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Monitor and log usage of reprographic machines; review and authorise related invoices.
• Ensure sufficient stock of paper and printing supplies is maintained at all times.
• Oversee school display boards, supporting departments with setup and updates.
• Mount and display student work and resources in classrooms and corridors.
• Ensure all printed materials adhere to copyright regulations and school policies.
Ideally you will have:
• Proficient IT skills
• Solid understanding of reprographic equipment, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
