At Whittlebury Park, we are looking for hospitality superstars to join our hardworking, dedicated Housekeeping Department. Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award-winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.
Salary:
Up to £12.21 per hour - £25396.80 per annum based on 40 hours per week
Full time and Zero hours contract available.
What will you do?
As a Late Attendant in our housekeeping team, you will:
Be responsible for cleaning and maintaining high standards in all public and staff areas on a day-to-day basis, ensuring guest requests are carried out in a willing and pleasant manner.
Be flexible in the duties required by you, including the upkeep and cleanliness of guest bedrooms.
Ensure all keys and radios taken are signed in and out daily.
Report and safeguard all lost property items, ensuring they are handed in following company procedures, including reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items.
As the ideal candidate you will be able to work under your own steam and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a professional and efficient manner.
The hours of work may vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
This list of duties cannot be exhaustive due to the requirements of the hotel industry. Therefore, you may be required from time to time to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.
