Crynodeb
The post holder will be expected to change their shifts occasionally if there are major staffing issues but this will occur only after you have been consulted. The post holder will be allowed to take weekend leave but no more than 1 weekend in 6 weeks (and will be encouraged to swap rather than take as leave). Bank Holiday Annual Leave will require discussion with the consultant coordinating the rota.
