We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Senior Administrator to join our MSK Physio Team.
To undertake efficient and courteous communication with all who contact the Physiotherapy Outpatients Service. The post holder will provide data inputting and report cleansing, management of clinical diaries, processing, support in clinic cancellations at short notice, make appointments and provide administrative support to the Team Lead and Clinical Manager.

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support for the MSK Physio team and have specialist knowledge of this service
2. To undertake efficient and courteous communication, maintaining good working relationships, with all who contact the Physiotherapy Outpatients Service
3. Collect information over the telephone from patients referred to the service to support the triage process.
4. To support in the completion of referrals over the telephone for those patients who are unable to complete self-assessments.
5. To register referrals where needed and make appointments using SystmOne, managing general appointment bookings for all staff working in the Physiotherapy Outpatients Service.
6. Book, cancel, reschedule appointments and ensure appointments are utilised to maximum capacity.
7. To complete discharges and managing waiting lists on delegation from the service lead to support in keeping accurate data.
8. Answering queries, progress chasing, task-related problem solving and resolving issues for clinical/medical staff or patients and providing non-clinical advice or information to others.
9. Data inputting into clinical and administrative systems (PARIS/SystmOne) and data bases and ensuring data quality/accuracy and producing reports where required.
