We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Health Advisor to join our dedicated HR Wellbeing & Development team. In this role, you will deliver a high-quality, impartial, and consistent in-house occupational health service that supports staff across all Eastern Education Group sites. Your responsibilities will include managing occupational health referrals, providing confidential health advice, and conducting assessments such as health surveillance and ergonomic reviews. You will also play an active role in supporting our health and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to staff development days and promoting a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex health information in a clear and accessible way. You will be confident in assessing health risks and making evidence-based recommendations that support staff wellbeing and organisational needs. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to interpret and apply complex information practically in the workplace. An NMC registration is required, and a proactive approach to continuous professional development is expected.
