Hours: Day shifts plus occasional evenings and weekends
Rate of Pay: £12.85 – £13.27per hour
Social Care and Education are seeking compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their local community.
Your Role Will Include:
• Assisting with personal care, meal preparation and nutrition
• Supporting service users to attend and manage health appointments, including medication administration
• Helping with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and budgeting
• Promoting social inclusion and encouraging participation in leisure activities and hobbies
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with family and friends
• Empowering individuals to live as independently as possible
About You:
• You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle insured for business use
• You should be flexible and able to work a range of shifts (7:30am to 10:30pm, including weekends) on a rota basis
• Minimum 6 months experience in support work
• Right to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship)
