Start Date: Immediate
Social Care and Education are looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Rugby and Nuneaton. You will be providing 1:1 support to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy fulfilling lives in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mealtimes
• Assistance with shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, and household tasks
• Support with health appointments and manage medication
• Promote engagement in leisure and community activities
• Support with budgeting and managing finances
What We’re Looking For:
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car with business insurance
• Ability to work flexibly across a rota, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
• A compassionate, reliable, and respectful approach to care
• Right to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship)
