About the Role
Social Care & Education are currently seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Market Harborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and has experience working in a supported living environment.
In this rewarding role, you will be providing one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting independence and helping them live fulfilling lives within their community.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working in a supported living setting
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
• Previous one-to-one support experience
• Medication administration experience
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
• Friendly, patient, and compassionate with a genuine desire to support others
