Crynodeb
JOB DIMENSIONS Supporting the MDTs with data collection and preparation of patient data, ensuring reports and all other necessary information in available in readiness for weekly MDT meetings. To assist with all post-MDT administrative duties. Support Clinical Service Units (CSUs) in optimising suspected cancer patients journey here at BTHFT and external trusts should a referral be made. To assist with the monitoring of patient pathways in line with the CWT guidance to ensure all relevant cancer targets are met. Maintain an up to date and accurate record on the cancer database system. Provide cross cover for colleagues during periods of annual leave. To support MDT Coordinators with accurate data entry as required. Communicate effectively within the lead cancer team, wider organisation and external trusts. To be responsible for correlating and checking daily reports and escalating issues and concerns where necessary. To actively participate in the annual appraisal process and work towards achieving yearly objectives. Maintain an up to date and accurate Service Database with support and guidance from the MDT Co-ordinators.
