W are expanding our UK Sales and Service teams in and we are looking for a dedicated technical Sales and Service Representative in Scotland, working for our ChemAqua division.
The Role
This role will be primarily responsible for working with the Area Sales Manager on executing sales and service plans for customer accounts. This will involve the completion of agreed upon contractual services and providing customers with problem solving support.
Assist the Area Sales Manager, Technical Marketing Manager and Sales Representatives with start-ups of both new applications in current customers, and in transitioning competitively-held accounts to Chem-Aqua.
This position will also require field trips to visit customer sites and the building of strong relationships with the customer base to generate high levels of customer satisfaction.
Account management – maintain relationship with customer post sale to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals ensuring confidentiality and promoting the good image of the Company
Work closely with Technical staff and development team to meet customer needs
Ensure on time in full first class customer service
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s sales management system. (CRM)
Perform service activities according to the business needs and contract terms.
Ensure adherence to NCH Europe’s health and safety standards, to protect the wellbeing of all NCH Europe Agents and Employees.
We are looking for:
Technical service or field sales support experience is desirable
Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems is highly desirable
Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience is desirable
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite)
History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
Prior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skills
Prior experience that demonstrates ability to multi-task
Valid UK driving license
