Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a fresh challenge across a varied commercial portfolio?

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM provider. You'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across several commercial sites—spending 2.5 days in Forest Hill and 2.5 days covering London and the M25.

What’s in it for you?

- Up to £45,000 per annum

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

- Overtime available + 1 in 8 Call-Out Rota

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance, including:
- BMS systems
- HVAC, AHUs, and FCUs
- Building fabric repairs
- Water treatment and general plumbing tasks
- Responding to helpdesk requests and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
- Working independently and collaboratively across multiple contracts

What We’re Looking For

- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3

- 18th Edition certified

- Multi-skilled with a solid understanding of facilities management

- Able to pass a DBS check

- Good organisational and administrative abilities

- Willingness to work overtime when required
