YMCA St Paul's Group is looking for reliable and experienced Cleaning Operatives to join their dedicated team in Uxbridge.
About the Role:
As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our residential and housing facilities. You'll ensure communal areas, rooms, and shared spaces are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising

Maintaining cleanliness of communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and corridors

Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Reporting any maintenance or safety issues

Ensuring cleaning supplies are replenished
Requirements:

Previous experience working in residential or housing environments

Ability to work flexible hours, including bank holidays, weekends, and evenings

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
