Whether you're experienced or just starting out, you’ll be fully supported with paid training, flexible hours, and a caring team who value the work you do.
What We Offer
• £12.25 – £13.75 per hour + £24.50/hour on Bank Holidays
• Paid travel time and waiting time between visits
• 35p per mile mileage reimbursement
• Flexible working patterns – full-time or part-time (work from as little as 2 days/week upwards)
• 1-hour minimum visits – no rushed care

Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you’ll help our clients live independently at home. Your daily tasks may include:
• Friendly companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility)
• Supporting with medication
• Preparing meals and light household tasks
• Running local errands (shopping, appointments)
What We’re Looking For
• A caring nature and a desire to help others
• A valid UK driving license and access to a car
• The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• No previous experience required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
