The role will include dealing with sales and lettings operating in a busy working environment.
Your duties will involve liaising with clients and tenants, marketing properties, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth transactions, dealing with all aspects of lettings, working alongside our experienced supportive team. Responsibilities will also include arranging viewings and valuations, managing enquiries, drafting property particulars, handling enquiries and all administrative tasks.
Experience preferred but not essential as on site training and development will be provided
You will need:
Excellent communication skills: Being able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
Strong negotiation skills: Being able to successfully negotiate deals and reach agreements.
Sales skills: Being able to generate new business and close deals.
Customer service skills: Being able to provide excellent service to clients and address their needs and work well under pressure.
Administrative skills: Being able to manage paperwork and keep track of property details.
Local knowledge: Understanding the local property market.
