Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a real difference? We're seeking passionate professionals to join our team and help us provide exceptional care in a luxurious, state-of-the-art environment.
The nursing home, nestled in the vibrant community, is a 40+ bed nursing home offering specialist nursing and dementia care.
Our mission is to support each resident in achieving their personal goals while fostering a fulfilling and meaningful life. Through our engaging activities program and connections with the local community, we ensure our residents feel valued and supported.
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
• Administer medication and monitor residents' health.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to create care plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community.
• Promote a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
We are seeking nurses who are:
• Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN).
• Compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
• Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communicator with a team-oriented approach.
Essential Requirements:
Full CV (No gaps)
Enhanced DBS on update service
NMC PIN and Qualifications/ Statement of Entry)
Eligibility to work
NI Proof
Health Reports (BCG, Varicella, MMR, Hep-B, Hep-C, Hep-B surface antigen, HIV)
At least 6 months of experience working in the UK as an RGN/RMN.
Police Check (Foreign Candidates)
Passport
2 Proof of Address
2 references, at least 3 years of covering history
Photograph for ID Proof
Training certificates (Theory and Practical)
