The Role
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons as a SEND Class Teacher to KS1 pupils with SEND, ensuring an inclusive and personalised approach to learning.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that supports emotional and academic growth.
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and support staff to develop individual learning plans and EHCP targets.
- Champion inclusive education, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Work as a SEND Class Teacher within a passionate team to support students with a range of needs.
Who We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - with experience or a passion for working in SEND education.
- Understanding of SEND - Knowledge of autism, communication needs, and social-emotional challenges is essential
- Resilient & Compassionate - A teacher with a nurturing, adaptable, and patient approach to meet the needs of every child.
- Team Player - Willing to collaborate with a dynamic team to create the best learning experiences for pupils.
