Crynodeb
We are seeking an experienced Computer Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Great Barr, Birmingham. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of Python and be confident teaching KS3 to A-Level students.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to KS3, KS4, and A-Level students.
- Teach Python programming and other relevant computing topics.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Computer Science exams.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support and inspire students with a passion for coding and technology.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Computer Science at KS3, KS4, and A-Level.
- Strong knowledge of Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to suit all learning abilities.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
