We are looking to appoint an Education Sales Account & Business Development Manager to one of our Consultant teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive the growth of your team by delivering exceptional service to your existing candidates and clients, as well as focusing on developing new business with prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher who is passionate about making a difference for education, people and service. You will possess a strong understanding of the education setting, the needs of schools and candidates, and a demonstrated ability in sales and business development. Other key skills include communication, relationship development, character assessment, time management and service delivery.

What you’ll be doing…
• Developing relationships with candidates & clients to ensure exceptional service delivery, retention of existing clients and attraction of new clients through word-of-mouth referral
• Demonstrating excellent teaching practice in client schools as and when required
• Coordinating the placement needs of candidates and clients with a key focus on managing complex negotiations between candidates and clients
• Performing conflict resolution to ably resolve difficult situations and create stronger relationships
• Focusing on new client business development, prioritising lead identification, utilising flexible strategies of business development and selling our service proposition to prospective clients
• Developing, setting & delivering business development plans to meet targets
• Supporting the integration of new consultants, role modelling excellent knowledge, attitude and skills
• Analysing data and reflecting on performance against targets, KPI’s and performance level standards
• Contributing to building a positive team culture and community through networking, events, competitions and social media communities

Essential qualifications & requirements
• A degree level teaching qualification
• 2+ years’ experience teaching in Primary, Secondary and/or SEND schools
• 1+ years’ experience teaching in UK schools
• Experience working in Education Recruitment
o Delivering exceptional service and developing Key Contact relationships
o Proven ability to develop new business and bring on new clients
• Leadership experience and the ability to lead others to success!

• Teach across all key stages (KS1 – KS4)
• Demonstrate knowledge & understanding of current educational developments
• Develop strong relationships with clients & candidates
• Seek out and develop new business through a variety of strategies
• Source candidates through their own leads and networks
• Strategically plan business development, setting targets & strategies in line with a budget
• Report on performance, impact, investment and value of strategies delivered
• Analyse data to monitor & evaluate performance of self and team
• Develop others’ skills in communication, relationships, service, BD and candidate matching

The post holder will be working from one of our London offices and the role will be on a Full-Time basis. Competitive salary on offer.
