What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly professional, competent admin assistant starting on the 27th August 2025 for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, if you:
• Are a friendly individual welcoming children, parents/carers and visitors into the school with an un-flappable demeanour;
• Can juggle several jobs at the same time;
• Have a strong knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office, outlook and the use of Arbor;
• Are organised and able to work within tight deadlines;
• Understand the importance of ensuring all children and staff work in a safe environment
• Have a strong work ethic
• Have a good teamwork ethic
• Have good written and verbal communication with an eye for detail
• Willing to dress up for international book week and have a great sense of humour
