What the school offers its staff
As we seek to develop our already exceptional school, we are looking for motivated, ambitious and highly skilled individuals who wish to enter teaching. We are offering the rare opportunity of a paid position at our school, where you will ‘learn to teach on the job’ in supportive and stimulating environments. In addition, you will have a weekly training day delivered by our outstanding and experienced practitioners at Debden Park High School.
Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Academy that constantly achieves outstanding outcomes for its students. We lead a family of schools as part of the Kemnal Academies Trust, providing exceptional career progression and bespoke CPD experiences for our staff, which has led to our middle and senior leadership teams being composed of many teachers who began their career with us.
Commitment to safeguarding
TKAT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Offers of employment will be subject to the full Safer Recruitment process, including an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
