What skills and experience we're looking for

About the Role:

• Provide administrative support to the SENDCO, including diary management, minute taking, relevant document compliance and effective administration of the SEND budget and exam access arrangements
• Lead in the planning, development and organisation of SEND procedures and systems
• Maintain the school’s SEND record and Provision Mapping system
• Communicate with parents/carers and external agencies
• Allocated caseload of vulnerable students

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Commitment to education and ensuring equal opportunities
• Previous administrative experience
• You will need empathy, patience and resilience

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our SEND team and Queensbridge School is looking to recruit a strong SEND Administrator who will share our determination to transform the life chances of our 900 pupils.

As the SEND Administrator you will provide administrative support for SEND processes across the school, contribute to the review and maintenance of Individual Learning Profiles and carry out regular check-ins with a caseload of vulnerable students.
