About The Role:

Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Governing Board of Cardinham School, are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed Class Teacher.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic teacher who will contribute to our vision of fostering independent, curious learners who are well-equipped to make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world.

About You:

You will have a child-centred approach and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners. You will be committed to delivering a creative, inclusive and challenging curriculum that inspires and motivates children, supporting high-quality teaching and learning both indoors and in our outstanding outdoor environment.

You will be an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated team. You will demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and share our school’s values and vision for fostering curiosity, independence, and resilience in all pupils.
