What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for IT support across our clubs, digital teams, and support centre, you’ll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. You’ll be resolving issues, supporting users, and helping us deliver a seamless experience for our colleagues and customers.

Your day-to-day will include:


Providing 1st Line IT support via phone, email, and in person
Logging and managing incidents using our ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
Troubleshooting and resolving issues—or escalating when needed
Collaborating with internal teams to meet IT needs
Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s:


Customer-focused with great communication skills
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in IT support (bonus points for ITIL knowledge!)
Tech skills that’ll help you shine:
Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows Server
Desktop support (laptops, desktops, tills)
ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Incident management and troubleshooting
Nice to have:
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
MCP Certification
