Crynodeb
Using document management within the emis web clinical system, accurately code information from clinical letters. Scanning of patient related documentation and coding relevant information. Dealing with any follow up actions from the documents, such as arranging appointments or tests. Deal with safeguarding documentation. Responding to tasks sent in the clinical system. Process the clinical letters in accordance with the incoming post protocol. Liaise closely with other members of the administrative and wider practice team. Regular update and awareness of read code changes. Have awareness of GP contract requirements.
