Crynodeb
This will include patients who have recently been discharged from hospital and those requiring help to improve their mobility and independence. You will need to demonstrate good time management and organisational skills and be able to work under your own initiative in a busy environment. We offer a high standard of in-service training and competency development to gain new skills, along with opportunities for career development. You will be well supported and encouraged to continuously develop your leadership skills through supervision and internal training opportunities and programmes to meet the needs of yourself and the service.
