Crynodeb
Multi-Skilled Tiler required in and around Gainsborough to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs, E.W.I and kitchen and bathroom schemes.
The Client
Our client is an award winning main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the North West, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Midlands.
The Role
Main duties are tiling kitchens and bathrooms, plaster-patching, painting/decorating and basic joinery. Each property will vary depending on the repairs/maintenance that needs doing.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tiler
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
