Warmley Park School are looking for experienced site officer who is motivated to make a real difference to the life of our school and young people.All year round, Part Time, 25 hours per week, (Monday to Friday 1.30pm - 6.30pm)Alternative hours would be considered for the right candidate (Up to 37 hours per week and mornings)
Salary: Hay 11 (£24,790 -£25,183 pro rata)Fixed Term until 31.8.26 subject to budget review.Warmley Park School is looking for a Site Officer to assist with the maintenance and health and safety of our school to support the current Site Manager.Duties will include security of the site as an authorised Key holder, minor maintenance work, cleaning and liaising with contractors. The successful applicant will have practical handyman expertise and site experience and be willing to work as part of a team. Experience in the use of IT is required along with the willingness to participate in training. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and hardworking team and a chance to make a real difference to the young people of Warmley Park School.The successful candidate will: Be motivated to make a real difference to the life of the school. Have a comprehensive understanding of health and safety. Be a good communicator, liaising with school staff, the cleaning team and site contractors and reporting to the Site Manager. Be able to prioritise and manage own workload. Have extensive knowledge of and ability to complete repair and maintenance work.
