We’re looking for down-to-earth go-getters, who are ready to make their mark on the automotive industry. Our Site Operations and Driving teams play a vital role across our business. You will be responsible for the pre-refurbishment inspection/validation. It’s a key role as you will be ensuring all vehicles are inspected to a high standard and in line with the preparation standard policy.
Your key responsibilites will be:
Carry out vehicle QC inspection following a set procedure.
Perform road testing on vehicles making fault suggestions based on your findings whilst also testing feature functionality on all vehicles e.g., Sat Nav, Cruise Control and Air Conditioning.
Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed. Tablet training and vehicle flow process training will be provided.
Proper usage and care of company equipment such as tools, scanner equipment, yard vehicles, and reporting of any defects.
Keep supervisors informed of current and forthcoming issues.
To be successful, you'll bring some of the following experience with you:
Previous experience in a similar role or have relevant experience.
Ideally suited to Bodyshop inspectors, cosmetic appraisers and vehicle QC inspectors.
Candidates must be able to accurately recommend cosmetic repair methods to all manner of cosmetic defects.
Have basic IT skills, being able to follow a work list distributed via computer.
