Randstad Education is currently recruiting for dedicated and inspiring SEN Teachers to join a number of outstanding specialist and mainstream schools across Manchester. Whether you're experienced in working with students with ASD, SLD, PMLD, or SEMH needs, we'd love to hear from you. Full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities are available.
Preferred Skills:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching children or young people with special educational needs
- Adaptable, nurturing, and patient teaching style
- Confident in planning and delivering differentiated, inclusive lessons
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK and two professional references
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons to meet a range of SEN needs
- Support pupils' academic progress, communication, and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with support staff and external professionals
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Contribute to EHCP reviews and individual progress monitoring
- Work with a dedicated education consultant (that's me!) who understands SEN recruitment
