As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations, excellent customer service, and effective team leadership. You'll be a key player in driving sales, managing stock, and maintaining a welcoming, well-stocked store.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations
Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance and positive morale
Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer issues efficiently
Monitor stock levels, receive stock, and assist with merchandising
Help manage staffing rotas, cash handling, and store security
Ensure health and safety compliance throughout the store
