Engage Talent Partners are proud to be working exclusively with our Aberdeen-based client to recruit a Trainee Hire Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career in administration within a supportive and growing organisation.

Our client is a leading name in their industry and is currently experiencing exciting global growth. They’re now looking for a motivated trainee to join their team - someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with others and takes pride in delivering great service.

As a Trainee Hire Administrator, you’ll be fully supported as you:

Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, building positive relationships and responding in a friendly, professional way.
Work closely with colleagues across different departments to make sure everything runs smoothly and information is shared accurately.
Learn how to maintain and update internal systems to keep track of equipment, assets and agreements.
Assist with making updates to contracts or agreements, ensuring all changes are clearly recorded.
Help create reports for senior managers, gaining insight into how data supports business decisions.
Learn how to generate invoices for clients in line with service agreements and timelines.
Support the wider team with general admin tasks to keep everything on track.
Our client is looking for someone who may be a college or school leaver, with the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn and who’s ready to take their first steps into a long-term career. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and confident in their communication, with a genuine interest in building a career in a professional setting.

The successful candidate will be joining a busy and collaborative team within a growing business that values its people. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, a full benefits package and access to ongoing training and development opportunities designed to support your career goals.

To apply, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
