Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve and we are looking for highly motivated mobile assistant manager to join our Retail team.

We are looking for a dynamic area support assistant manager to join our retail team.
You will be an experienced manager with at least 1 year’s managerial experience.
You will be highly motivated, strong leadership skills, adaptable and organise your time and people effectively. Able to respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.
You will also need to have a creative and enthusiastic approach that enables you to maximise the potential of sales within a store. Capitalising on local opportunities and the ability to change locations within the mid Essex area at short notice.

Significant leadership qualities & experience
Ability to adapt to work with different teams
Strong drive to achieve results and a can do attitude.
Ability to delegate, coach & listen.
Commercial awareness
Enjoys working with people and has a friendly approachable manner.
IT, Literacy & numerous skills
Ability to establish & maintain successful retail processes & merchandising.
Manage time under conflicting priorities.
Driving licence and use of vehicle essential
