Crynodeb
As a paediatric Nurse Practitioner, the candidate is pivotal in the delivery of this care to families and individuals who present in the CAVHIS. The nurse will offer excellentholistic, person centred and trauma informed care. The paediatric HINP will develop and deliver intervention and act as an expert source of specialist advice to foster a culture of change towards health inequalities and injustices and advocate for accessible health care. The HINP will be dedicated, motivated, compassionate, adaptable and highly clinically skilled, they will have the professional confidence to work in an unpredictable and fast paced environment, they will have the ability to formulate high level holistic assessments considering all presenting concerns, create an excellent standard of risk assessment and identify any safeguarding concerns, referring to onwards general medical services when appropriate.Use a thorough and structured approach to gather and document clinical history considering physiological, psychological, social and spiritual needs and any presenting safeguarding concerns including public health screening Support an emphasis on health promotion and positive lifestyles as part of the public health agenda
