As an Inspection Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all textile products meet the client’s stringent quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain the company's reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable products.
Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of textile products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Documentation: Accurately record inspection results and maintain detailed reports for quality assurance purposes.
Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document any deviations from quality standards, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained according to company standards.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing quality control processes and overall product quality
Experience: Previous experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to identify defects and non-conformities.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
Shifts: Rotating shifts, 2 Days 2 nights 4 off
Environment: Manufacturing floor with exposure to textile production processes.
Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods, manual handling of materials, and use of inspection equipment.
