All roles are subject to a 3-month probationary period, DBS clearance and satisfactory references
Week 1 - Monday, Sataurday, Sunday 8am to 8.15pm
Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 8.15pm
We are looking for a capable Assistant Manager to step up, work with and support the Registered Manager during their absence and/or annual leave.
To work with the Manager to support them in providing services which seek to exceed but are compliant with CQC regulations.
You will provide the highest standard of care delivery to our Residents and lead by example through Abbeyfield’s values in all tasks undertaken.
This role will include being a presence on the floor as well as being office based.
A good command of spoken and written English is essential for this role
