Focused initially on the Central Belt region, we aim to build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and deliver high-quality medical solutions that make a real impact.

We are looking for an ambitious Medicines Sales Representative to help us grow from the ground up.

Role Overview
As one of our first field representatives, you will play a key role in establishing Acrux Pharma’s presence in the market. You'll be responsible for promoting our product range, forging new relationships, and contributing directly to the company's early success.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Acrux Pharma’s medicines to healthcare professionals across the Central Belt.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with GPs, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
Organize educational events, product launches, and workshops to increase brand awareness.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to wider regional growth goals.
Provide feedback on market needs, competitor activity, and opportunities to the management team.
Represent the company’s values of integrity, innovation, and care.
Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (1–2 years preferred).
A strong network within the healthcare sector of the Central Belt is advantageous.
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resilient, and excited to build something new.
Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within the region.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
