Crynodeb
The successful candidate will have previously worked in a care environment or within an exercise setting. You will be familiar with providing exercise programmes and working with a wide range of equipment to promote fitness and rehabilitation. You will possess excellent communication skills to motivate and encourage patients to participate in exercise and rehabilitation, and to develop and promote effective professional working relationships with other disciplines and members of the team. You will be organised and capable of maintaining accurate records (patient records, stock and audit data). You will be motivated, self-directed and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
