Crynodeb
To be able to work independently without direct supervision. To ensure a high standard of clinical care, using a variety of assessment techniques and to formulate individual treatment plans. To provide physiotherapy to children, often with a complex presentation using specialist skills to deliver and monitor treatment. To assess, liaise, monitor and request specialist equipment. To assess the childs/parents/carers understanding of assessment and treatment proposals, gaining valid informed consent. To have the knowledge to work within a legal framework with children who lack the capacity to consent to treatment. To be responsible for the education of parents/carers/school staff and junior members of the physiotherapy team in treatment interventions to ensure safe and effectivepractice Please see attached job description and person spec and let us know how you meet the person spec for this post.
