As the Clinical Systems Lead at HCRG Care Group, you will play a pivotal role in our Clinical Mobilisation Team. Significant (minimum 3 years) experience in the management of EPR(s) Team Management & Leadership experience Project Management knowledge, multiple methodologies Detailed knowledge of EMIS Web Evidence of continued professional development Excellent interpersonal skills Desirable Product Management experience Detailed understanding of Software Development and Delivery Principles including Agile Business Analysis System Integration and Interfacing experience Management/Leadership qualification Other requirements Comfortable working under pressure, at pace, in an Agile environment Solution focused attitude to problem solving Comfortable with travelling and spending time away from home on occasion to attend events and meet services, as required Please see attached Job Description for full Personal Specification.
