Snape Primary School is a happy, friendly place to be. We are a small school full of big hearts and open minds and we enjoy every day.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Midday Supervisor to join our warm and welcoming team. This is a temporary role (until July 2026) for 7.5 hours per week, term-time only (38 weeks per year).
You will be responsible for supervising pupils both indoors and outdoors during lunch time to ensure their safety and well-being and maintaining our high expectations of behaviour.
You will:
> Be able to form positive relationships with children and staff
> have high expectations of behaviour, effort and attitude
> have patience, empathy and the ability to think on your feet
> demonstrate ability to exert authority and give directions in a confident manner
